The kuffars have made up a dating relationship.When nonhuman animal want to please their desire with the opposite sex, they just please their desire with the opposite sex. Kuffars are doing the exact same thing by letting the women show her beauty to the pubic, when the men want to please their desire they simply look at the women and also nonhuman animals don't get married. Kuffars are doing the exact same thing by going on dates then eventually having sex without getting married.

Lo! Allah disdaineth not to coin the similitude even of a gnat or anything above that. Those who believe know that it is the truth from their Lord; but those who disbelieve say: What doth Allah wish (to teach) by such a similitude? He misleadeth many thereby, and He guideth many thereby; and He misleadeth thereby only miscreants;
